Inheritance Recovery Specialists
Organised by The Good Grief Trust, National Grief Awareness week is designed to offer support to those who are grieving, help the public better understand grief, and ensure that no one feels isolated in their grief journey. Held annually from 2nd to 8th December, the week is a dedicated time to bring conversations about grief and bereavement into the spotlight. Through our work we recognise that many of those that we support may be grieving or that our work can re-open feelings of grief as we reunite loved ones with the assets of those no longer with them. at the core of our business is the objective to ensure that the work we do is always sensitive to those we work with.
Whilst we recognise the sensitive nature of our business we have taken the time to remember that we are often able to help those we support celebrate the lives of the individuals whose assets we have located. The funds from the assets we identify can be used for memorials, services or gatherings of remembrance or celebration, family holidays or making donations to a favourite charity.
Grief is a deeply personal experience, and National Grief Awareness Week encourages people to share their stories, seek support, and raise awareness about the realities of living with loss. Whether it’s the loss of a loved one, a job, a pet, or even an important life phase, this week provides an opportunity to offer support and comfort to those in need and we are encouraging our colleagues to share their stories.
