Business Update 28/2/2025: Inheritec reaches agreement in High Court case regarding requests for registers of members

Inheritec are very pleased to be able to share that we have reached an agreement in the High Court case against Northern 2 VCT Plc in which Inheritec was the Defendant pursuant to a request under s.116 of the Companies Act 2006 for a copy of the Claimant’s register of members.
